All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship domestically across the United States. We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS) to ensure your Lumina Synapse arrives safely.
Standard Domestic Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are typically in transit for 10 to 15 business days, but this can vary depending on your country's customs processing times.
Important Note on Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lumina Synapse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@luminasynapse.com with your name and Order ID, and our support team will assist you immediately.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, we cannot change the address or reroute the package.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be subject to a reshipment fee.
