Make sure you are still within the 180-day period starting from the day the order was delivered to you. You can verify your delivery date using the tracking number provided in your shipping email.
Send an email to our elite support team at support@luminasynapse.com. Please add "Refund Request" in the subject line and include your Order ID so our agents can prioritize your request.
Send ALL the bottles back to us (it doesn't matter if they are completely empty, partially full, or unopened) to the address below. You must insert a note with your Full Name, Email, and Order ID inside the package.
Please note: We do not support or cover return shipping costs.
Once our warehouse receives your returned package and verifies the contents, we will issue your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
